Shipping policy

Press Play Studio ships all domestic orders through USPS.

All international orders are shipped through UPS.

All military service orders are shipped via USPS PMEMS.

Please allow Press Play Studio up to 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) before shipment. (Packages typically ship early)

Holidays are as followed: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, George Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

USPS Domestic Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday) for delivery.

In the event of a sale or upcoming holiday processing of orders may take longer resulting in a delay of up to 3 business days. 

Following shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address given at checkout or to the phone number given at checkout.

UPS International Shipping takes up to 15 business days (Monday- Saturday) for delivery.
